The client had soft 'clay' like ear wax which often occludes the Zoellner probe when performing E-suction. The client also suffers from hyperacusis and is very sensitive to loud sounds meaning E-suction is not always appropriate. lace-up corset dresses for a wedding

For the above mentioned reasons I used a jobson horne (e.g. ear spoon) to delicately and carefully remove the soft ear wax from the entire ear canal.
