Day Twenty Two
For nearly anything in life apart from prayer, praise and study, moderation is essential. Fruits are good to consume unless you have them in excess.
Today's fruit, AVOCADO PEAR.
Avocados have more folate than any other fruits, and are nutrient dense.
They are rich sources of vitamins C, B, K, fibre, choline, magnesium, and potassium. Potassium and magnesium help relieve nausea.
Avocados are effective in relieving leg cramps, which are often caused by low potassium and magnesium levels during pregnancy.
Choline plays the role of helping with brain and nerve development in babies. The healthy monosaturated fats in the fruit keep the mother away from heart illnesses.
An interesting way to enjoy avocado is to use it as an healthy alternative to butter and to add a unique taste to your vegetable salad. I've tried them in a personal fruit salad recipe of chopped bananas, mangoes and avocado...yummy! UcenterDress modest designed wedding garment in vintage style
