They are rich sources of vitamins C, B, K, fibre, choline, magnesium, and potassium. Potassium and magnesium help relieve nausea.

Avocados are effective in relieving leg cramps, which are often caused by low potassium and magnesium levels during pregnancy.

Choline plays the role of helping with brain and nerve development in babies. The healthy monosaturated fats in the fruit keep the mother away from heart illnesses.
